The Italian word “Farfalle” describes two key elements for many humans: Pasta and butterflies. But butterflies are in danger of extinction because of climate change, industrial agriculture and lack of biotopes.
Our Farfalle idea gives carton packaging a longer life by reutilization and at the same time helps to save butterflies. After the pasta is consumed, the packaging can be converted into a temporary butterfly-hotel. This twofold creation firstly raises awareness of the importance of species conservation and, most significantly, encourages consumers to take action. One product with multiple lives and a sustainable added-value. Multiply the butterfly with Farfalle.
